Do we have any warranties or guarantees?
Yes a 3 year workmanship guarantee
What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time?
The contract you sign should answer almost all your questions. 30 days after the estimated start date for installation the customer has the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund
Do we need permits?
Depends on location of the job. A lot of city's/ municipalities require a permit and we can help with that.
Do I need to get a survey of my property?
No, We will locate property stakes and in the event they can not be found or have been moved we will use the parcel map generally 12 inches in to be safe. If desired a survey can be done for customers who want the fence as close to the property line as possible.
Do we need to call diggers hotline?
No, we will take care of that for you.
What happens if utilities are in the way?
We can almost always hand dig for a small fee, or to save money the fence can be moved 18 inches to either side of the mark
